Recently I discovered 2 companies, I would really like to emphasize their different decisions and techniques during Covid 19 period. To me, this is the best example you can find. Example of what is right to be performed, and what not. My example is illustration only, just to show the difference in strategies.

They have a good recognition in industry and things were running well for them in the past. Last couple years they have been trying to adopt to new reality through technology. Things started to work out after some process of implementation and intense training sessions.

However when Covid 19 stroke, they made a hard decision to discontinue business automation. Right now they are no longer on top of things in their finances, and unaware of processes happening inside the company. It probably benefits some of their sales and finance employees, a lot of personal opportunities in this situation. But none of this good for owners and for the company.

4 months prior going live they have a clear vision of what they going to do. They use Strategic Planning all apps in 1 to make sure that strategy execution meets expectations, and avoid disconnect between leaders and teams. It’s an excellent tool for internal communications, setting goals, objectives, actions, projects. They can set KPIs, follow up meetings, tasks and workboards.

And they use travel technology for their pricing, operations, accounting. They do hotels and services multi markets, flexible markup structure, tour packages, operations including join services, and complete accounting. Things setup the way they want, before it even starts. They are ready with marketing programs, all revenue figures can be clearly visible daily, monthly, yearly.

You will find some people not liking systems — they are normally pursuing their benefits, it’s easy to find it when things not under control. People who comply with system are loyal to company, they are most valuable for organization and you can include them into strategic planning.
